Creating Opportunities Through Knowledge
As part of our commitment to social responsibility, inclusion and youth development, HRBPSA provides complimentary access to selected Human Resources learning materials and online resources for individuals in South Africa who may face financial or educational barriers to further study. The initiative is open to eligible participants regardless of race, nationality or gender, with the aim of making HR knowledge and career development opportunities more accessible. Participants who are unable to pursue formal studies but have a genuine interest in Human Resources may apply to participate in a three-month self-directed learning programme, supported by HR learning materials and carefully selected online resources covering key areas of Human Resources practice. The programme is intended to broaden HR knowledge, encourage personal development and provide exposure to the Human Resources profession.
Please note: This is a community development and learning initiative and does not constitute an accredited qualification, diploma, internship or guarantee of employment. Limited spaces are available and participation is subject to eligibility and available capacity.
HRBPSA welcomes individuals and organisations interested in sponsoring eligible participants who may face financial barriers to accessing further education and career-development opportunities.
Sponsorship contributes towards participation in our Basic Introduction to Human Resources learning programme, a three-month programme combining remote learning with scheduled in-person learning sessions. Depending on the needs of the participant and the sponsorship package agreed upon, contributions may assist with costs associated with learning materials, mobile data, transport to scheduled in-person sessions, training facilitation and a Certificate of Attendance or Completion, where the programme requirements have been successfully met. Sponsorship opportunities are subject to participant eligibility, programme capacity, scheduled training dates and available resources. Individuals and organisations interested in supporting this youth-development initiative are invited to contact HRBPSA for further information regarding the programme, sponsorship options and applicable costs. Please note: This is a skills-development and community initiative. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the programme is not an accredited qualification and does not replace a formal Human Resources certificate, diploma or degree.
