HRBPSA provides Human Resources consulting and support, recruitment, temporary and project-based HR staffing, training and career development services, CV and LinkedIn services, document and records management, process improvement, digital administrative solutions and related business support services. Services are subject to availability, agreed scope, location, capacity and, where applicable, written quotation or service agreement.

We take reasonable care to provide accurate, current and professional information and services. CV, LinkedIn, career guidance and interview-support services are intended to assist candidates in presenting their experience and capabilities professionally but cannot guarantee employment outcomes.

5. HR Consulting

Recommendations provided by HRBPSA are based on the information available to us and the agreed scope of the engagement.

Clients remain responsible for organisational and employment decisions and for obtaining specialist legal advice where required.

6. Training & Development

Unless specifically stated otherwise, HRBPSA community-development, career-guidance and training initiatives do not constitute accredited qualifications.

Certificates of attendance or completion do not represent an accredited qualification unless expressly stated in writing.

7. Document & Digital Services

HRBPSA will take reasonable care when handling, scanning, organising, digitising or processing client records.

Clients remain responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important records and for ensuring that HRBPSA is authorised to access or process information supplied to us.

8. Fees, Quotations & Payment

Fees, payment requirements, deposits, cancellation terms, delivery dates and project- specific conditions may be set out in individual quotations or service agreements.

No work is deemed confirmed until any required acceptance, documentation or payment has been received.

9. Confidentiality & Personal Information

HRBPSA respects the confidentiality of information entrusted to us and processes personal information in accordance with applicable South African data-protection legislation, including POPIA.
